Team 1: Will attempt to examine this process first hand by contacting Age Conern, & potentially observing this course and interviewing people involved in all aspects of this project. Learning about it's successes and also about which area's that need inprovement. The course is free to the older generation, and Age Conern are working in partnership with the Royal British Legion in order to make it widely available. The course is held in a range of venues across the Liverpool area from community centres to libraries. The course covers a range of topics including: the keyboard & mouse, microsoft word, and the internet, plus much more. The aim of Team 1 connecting directly with this process/course is to help Team 1 learn the basic needs, and then to create an approach for the Hurricane Films question that will help them formulate an accurate stratergy. That will aid Hurricane Films with engaging an online audience and encouraging the older generation to participate.
